How can I reset my password?

Because you are using your NAGA credentials for all NAGA Services, you should always make sure that your account is as secure as possible.

Having a strong and secure password is one of the most important things in this matter.

If you have forgotten your password or can't log in with your last known credentials, you should reset your password.

There are different scenarios as to why you should think about resetting or changing your password. In general, it is always recommended to have a strong and secure password, which does not contain any personal phrases like birthdates or names.

If you think your password is weak, we recommend that you reset your password. If you think a third-party has access to your account, you should reset your password as soon as possible and contact a member of the NAGA Team to check for any changes and losses.

Before resetting your password, please make sure to have some things ready.

Always check if the NAGA website you are currently on has a spelling error. It's possible that a third-party is creating a faked website, which only differs by a letter or a symbol.

Always double check emails when you think something might not be right. Third-parties can send out emails that look deceptively real. These Emails can be recognized by the fact that they forward you to further pages in which the URL has a modification to the original company page.

Do not log in from public PCs and make sure that no one is able to see or spy on your password.

Do not share your account details with anyone else. Even if you trust them,  you don't know if their PC has a security problem.
